Every effort has been made to accommodate the needs of those who find movement difficult or face other challenges. Disabled parking is available by prior arrangement – please telephone the day before your appointment. Wheelchair access from car park to reception is by automatic door; lifts allow for the change of level. Both reception areas are designed to allow wheelchair uses to fully approach the desk. A ‘loop’ system assists the hard of hearing and floor lighting the visually impaired.

Each surgery is equipped with a gliding hoist fitted at ceiling level so that any wheelchair user can be lifted gently and with dignity into the patient chair to avoid the risks of treatment in the wheelchair.
