Iraj Naeini, Practice Manager
Iraj Naeini is the Practice Manager of the “All Saints Green Dental Clinic” but his influence on the practice has been and continues to be far greater than that.
He is the husband of Mandana Atashkadeh, the principal of the practice, and so understandably has very much had the interests of the practice at heart since its inception.
By profession, Iraj has been an architect (Iranian qualified) since 1986 and worked in that role in both Iran and Sweden before he and Mandana moved to England in 1995. They first established the “All Saints Green Dental Clinic” in 1997. Working as the Practice Manager from that time onwards, Iraj began to formulate in his mind the unique, ambitious and ultimately audacious plans to create a true state of the art dental practice to surpass all others through the blend of his architectural skills, knowledge of the practice and Mandana’s knowledge and high standards of dentistry.
They needed to find alternative premises that could be designed to accommodate all of those ideas. In 2004 they did so: the former BBC building in Norwich was perfect for what they knew they wanted to achieve. Work commenced on the building in 2005 and by October 2006 the new “All Saints Green Dental Clinic” opened its doors to reveal the most stunning and innovative practice that it is today.
Whilst Iraj continues as Practice Manager at “All Saints Green”, the success of his designs have been so apparent that he has now been engaged in his capacity as architect to create specialized designs for other dental practices.
In December 2007 the “All Saints Green Dental Clinic” received the coveted “Dentistry” magazine’s “Best Practice” award throughout the East of England – a well deserved accolade.
